Grand Plan – Announcement of Petition – Initiative
This is an announcement from the Church of Quantum Sciences for their participation in a plan for a ‘Class-One Nuclear Government Civilization by Year 2045’ and the Initiatives therein – as well as announcement of new Natural Disaster awareness and planning which is centered around the potential formation of new ‘grand’ canyons. These things are to be scientifically substantiated by modern physics as well as new “Nuclear Physics” which apply the mathematics of the Nuclear Order with things like Geology, Planetary Physics, Gravity Waves and much much more.
Using our Church.Org organization as the shell for spiritual, economic and scientific experimentation we are establishing non-profit and semi-profit business plans for each initiative mentioned herein; we can then build accurate experimental government-relative initiatives which will be directly implemented via “voluntary participant constituency” of local communities nationwide, and/or, will be optioned for sponsorship to pass as bill.
Our shell is preparing to implement all of these initiatives and more in business form in order to begin creating the things necessary for fundamental infrastructure and eco-logical rule with our environment(s). Given a large enough constituency our shell is preparing for a large enough infrastructure to care for the bottom quarter of the current population, in long term understanding.
We also have other shell businesses which do not contain the term “church” in them specifically for the purposes of government-related litigation, regulation and both profit and non-profit government-contracted business; thus protecting both Church and State from related political problems in doing business between them or affiliates therein.
Any funds or profits that are from Government-related endeavors, such as passing litigation, will be withheld from the actual Church side of the Church’s business structure; this is true except for normal amounts that could be considered fair and legitimate donation from one side of the organization to the other (amounts as determined by tax-law). All profits are closely accounted for on both general sides of the organization and follow national tax laws to the closest point of perfection possible; as this is the set standard for our church and its affiliate organizations regardless of who currently does, or who will ever, own or operate any given side of the organizations.

It is our belief that these basic changes to our economy will help appease all sides of both Democracy and Republic and the many contradictory beliefs therein as well as stave more unwanted war, death, economic bubbles, tyranny, monopoly and unrest with the inevitable coming technological and social advances; by creating a truly free society we can give each citizen their own opportunity to live however they wish and help create a new renaissance of youthful enlightenment and extended life spans.
Since most of these bills will operate using mostly part-time and slowed/seasonal workers and work rates to maintain each government relative business, as well as government-contracted businesses, the average cost for most involved bills, bailouts, buyouts, printing, etc., will be dramatically lower than current State-contracted bids; that said each aspect of each bill will allow for the potential of “super-massive” individual trading between lower and mid-castes and so allows for specialists and other contracted-entities to capitalize on how many individual bids/contracts they work/profit from, vs, how big each bid/contract is they work/profit from – the more bids there are the more the demand for contractors there will be, and, slowed-economics will allow for non-government workers to more directly learn how their government works and how they can participate therein.
Here’s a little bit about each of the legislative articles we are currently seeking sponsorship for/designing businesses for… Even though some of these are labeled as ‘National’ they can be implemented via State government in the event that the Federal government does not endorse it for law; the more States that successfully adopt the plan the sooner the Federal government will have to adopt them as law. Furthermore my own organization is designing tier-businesses which our shell can use to carry out privately funded versions of this plan with minimal permission from government at all other than proper licensing, procedure, taxation, etc., our shell/tiers will then sub-contract through local businesses to effectuate an economy from their workings:
– National Housing/Building Plan – N.H.A.B.I.P. (pronounced like “Inhabit” = National Housing And Building Infrastructure Plan): This plan allows for us to forgive massive amounts of housing and building debt and create a new standard market for all housing/building matters therein; this new market standard allows for near-cost buyout and bailout of buildings ‘not inclusive of rental market prices’ and charges each relevant citizen absolute minimal ‘maintenance fees’ in place of rent. Once instated average rent prices will drop and things like ‘rent-to-buy’, inheritances, expanded markets (tech-houses, housing/building add-ons, multi-investment opportunity, more small/mid-sized biz opportunity, etc) and population laws (if necessary) will help establish a more technologically advanced and logical housing/building infrastructure baseline for our country; for instance by plotting to transition permanent infrastructures from wood to concrete we can dramatically cut back our lumber industry, supply much needed permanent infrastructure, heal existing bubbles, avoid insurance scams, build more fire-proof homes, and supply a long-term ‘maintenance and adaptation industry’ in place of much of our current housing industry (per relevant money and jobs). (N.H.A.B.I.P. is our organization’s business plan for implementing these changes.)
– National Banking/Accounting Plan – F.A.B.U. (as in “Fabulous” = Federally Accredited Banking Union): Set in the standard of ‘Credit Union’ models these banks and ATMs will be set to pay every citizen a minimal annual allotment of approximately $6200 in cash funds (actually closer to $3125 once essential commodities are accounted for; such as Housing, Food, Medical, etc.); these funds will be printed and managed in ‘looped’ accounts which replenish the funds via various taxes (but primarily by big-biz/upper-class taxes and fees – as well as Legal-Reg Drugs) under the premise that the upper castes are ‘paying people to use their products and proxy products’ and that the upper castes are being used to circulate the printed ‘every man’s due’ funds back to the people for the government and people – but the ideal situation would tie these funds to a significant portion of our largest essential businesses (farms, medicine, alcohol, entertainment, automobiles, etc) which adjust their profit margin to include enough taxes to pay this ‘due’ back every year. This plan would also allow for the USA to adopt a “government economy” by buying out our biggest essential businesses (to a fundamental percent) and utilizing their “near-cost” productions to sustain a cheap and simple monetary baseline for the entire nation; these adopted businesses could then advertise their ownership using patriotic branding such as “Walmart USA/USA Walmart” and opens a ‘slow work/low work’ economy up to easier government contracting jobs for the average voter/citizen. This plan also works on the premise of ‘paying’ every citizen certain amounts of Food, Medical, Housing/Maintenance Fee, Independent Tax Investment, etc., using our current systems; by utilizing ‘State Contractors’ we can utilize current businesses to fulfill extra-work accumulated by the State, and thus secure a more logical Government-relative working population as represented by a government-relative bank account/ID. (F.A.B.U. is our organization’s business plan for implementing these changes.)
– “Every Citizen’s Due”/Free/Paid-to-Live Economics: Combined with a Nuclear Government this plan uses a 110% system to divide profits, taxes and savings in a way that allows the government to pay every citizen using Federal Income Taxes. This utilizes a ‘loss margin’ vs a ‘profit margin’ in order to establish an ‘after tax’ logical profit margin to pay citizens by (ultimately uses a 60/40 gov-favor tax split to pay 45/55 in the citizen’s favor in the form of goods, rent fees and cash – this equates to 70-40 gov-favor and 55/55 equal favor once nuclear-equated) as well as set normal nominal profit margins for remaining industry; with slowed-work economics and new forms of investment and businesses (and Legal-Reg Drug market) these changes should actually see a 40/60 split or more in the citizen’s favor as well as for more of the general populous (by giving citizens a significant set amount each year instead of a tax return we can establish fair economics, better direct accounting of funds and more fun capitalism by which to share/invest profit from) – this can also include a “shared profit law” which dishes dough out every 4-10 years or so using “overhead” above normal nominal profit (and nuclear-profits; the actual system is closer to 125% when accounting for a 12.5% government savings account that pays out every decade or so as more funds accumulate/mature) – as well as “tax investment” opportunities which can still pay back a type of “investment tax return” via government-capitalist contracting and industry.
This will be easily tax accountable as Printed Funds will be used and a large percentage of it can be directly recollected by big business tax, entertainment industry tax and legal drug tax (since that’s what it’s for) as though it were never there, because we can directly account for its marginal presences in their taxes and they are paying them anyway already; indeed it could be argued that man and business are both being given a slight raise and that big business stands to profit the most so gives the most of the printed portion back annually. The rest of the taxes can be easily accounted for in mid-business tax or many new and old means of fundraising. All of this tax will be barely noticed among our current obligations as the funds are given and taken directly almost as though they were never there.
By using the government to store and distribute funds to the whole country (similar to how we already are–) we can finally justify building a National Credit System; particularly using national infrastructure and national goods/surplus to justify tracking “accredited goods”.
All of this will be easily regulated by instating a nationally recognized “Work Draft” effort; wherein the minimum work requirement to perpetuate this system will be evenly distributed in seasonal and part-time(-equivalent) schedules to volunteers and draftees for one-to-two years at a time or until the fulfillment of the minimum work contracts necessary to perpetuate this system in emergency.
– Legal-Reg. Drug Plan: ‘Legal-Regulation Drug Plan’; allows illegal intoxicants to be open to “Legal-Regulation” which uses hard science and strict health and business plans to allow legal distribution of regulated drugs only… and… drug-abuse laws instead of illegal drug-type laws…
This plan relies heavily on strict rule and regulation regarding a range of types of hard drugs and hard drug substitutes and utilizes State and Non-Profit businesses to control and mandate long-term drug alternatives, substitutes, combinations, education pamphlets, taxation, rehabilitative prisons, out-patient rehabs, police/security measures and real-world scientific research avenues. One of the main premises of this plan is “Drug abuse illegality instead of drug illegality”, but some additional examples of things included in this plan are ‘Potential for Partial State/District Legality Option’, ‘Two-Strike Driving Laws’, ‘Sidewalk Bumpers’, ‘Better Barter Laws’, ‘General Public Rules-of-Thumb Advertisements’, as well as examples of how the implementation of this plan will benefit a Class-One Civilization and the many possible health, medicinal, psychological and social benefits of a Legal Drug society. By using ‘participating States’ to implement this plan we can justify cutting the Federal government out of the picture via the collection of Federal-relative taxes on drugs by the State (40-60%) and paying the Feds only ten-to-twenty-five-percent (10-25%) of that value; the rest of the taxes must be used for the State and by the State to pave the way for a safe and comprehensive Legal-Drug community and/or paid directly back to the local populous in cash (regardless of whether they buy drugs or not); by allotting a small percentage of the taxes to State-Contracted Non-Profit Regulation Businesses to help manage the various details that accompany this change to our society we can ensure safe and fair government-relative drug regulation as well as provide jobs in the non-profit sector.
By requiring all legitimate dealers to invest 30-40% of their income directly back in to local businesses – OR – pay 80-90% in taxes quarterly/annually — we can ensure that capitalist drug industry stays fair, legitimate, regulated and in care of the community.
We will be canvasing x3 (low-, med.-, high-) Regulation plans in a legislative proposal so that we can narrow down what citizens would require to vote yes on a full-legality drug plan for the country.
– Overwatch Program Laws: This inclusion utilizes a mandatory minimum amount of the population to work for State, Government or Government-contracted businesses who utilize a national Overwatch Program to spy on ‘Color-Listed’ (Orange, Black, Red-Listed due to suspicion, criminal status, etc), ‘Scientifically Approved Footage’ and ‘Reasonable Cause’ citizens and help create a fully functioning Class-One, Slow/Low Work and Legal-Reg Drug Civilization; helping take a load off for local law enforcement an Overwatch Program can hire relative contractors who utilize proper law and protocol relevant to Overwatch Program rights, the Constitution and the Patriot Act. Government-contracted businesses will utilize State and Federal law enforcement as a middle-man for helping catch and curtail criminals.
– Imminent Collapse Natural Disaster Plan: Due to a combination of historic reference, scientific reasoning and scientifically viable evidence my church has reason to believe that a significant portion of Phoenix Arizona is built over hazardously deep canyons of caverns not very far below our tippy-top crust and which could reach to depths at-or-below sea level; it is our belief that tectonic shifts in these high copper and tungsten rich lands can result in what science would likely term an “Imminent Collapse Natural Disaster” due to the unexpected and sudden-drop nature of its inevitable conclusion; this is heavily supported due to the fact that one of the largest Grand Canyons on the planet, Yarlung Tsangpo (located in Tibet) coincides almost perfectly geographically with the Gulf of California Puerto Perfasco and Phoenix-Tuscon-Inslet of our North American Continent (by Lat.-Long.). I will be publishing a scientific article on the subject as soon as I am able and will also send the plan to relevant Federal branches (and we have already informed some of them to the possibility of this specific natural disaster).
– Nuclear Government: This model uses an 110% system to perpetuate a “Nuclear Energy/Nuclear Government” mathematically perpetual monetary system in the same manner as nuclear physics (the actual full precise mathematical model is not being posted yet – but the actual system is closer to 125% when accounting for a 12.5% government savings account that pays out every decade or so after accumulation).
We believe these are the most basic plans necessary in order to truly begin our transition to 2045 Class-One Sustainability; as such my business will be designing legislative initiatives, sub-businesses, business plans and scientific articles in order to best implement our plan. We also have more articles involved in this ‘Grand’ plan many of which are already on our website in some form; some of these plans coincide with a large ‘social’ economic plan which includes articles/concepts such as, ‘Slowed-Work Schedules’, ‘National Credit Plan’, ‘National Entertainment Branch’, ‘National Production Branch’, ‘Nuclear Government/New-Nuclear Science’, ‘New-Nuclear Market/Industry’, “Immortality Law and Science” and many more. These changes to our society should help create a truly Capitalist Democratic society which keeps in mind all types of government and communities (within reason) and allows the average citizen and average worker to capitalize, invest, trade or simply live in any sector and caste of social, business and government economics at their own effort and ability.

As such here is a look at some other Initiatives/Businesses We are preparing:
– T.A.M.M.(E.): Tyranny, Abduction, Molestation, Murder (Everything-relevant) represent the fewest minimum things we should guard against in a free society; if we focus on these few things we will effectively solve the major issues in society and actually create a truly free and equal civilization for all to prosper by.
– Democratic Statistics: The science of democracy; wherein real world facts dictate the rules and voting of society and prevent the swaying of democratic rule via monetary manipulation and bullying.
– The Real Global Warming Science; According to our science and real world information the “fact” of global warming is actually something far more complicated than cause-effect of pollution or greenhouse gases. Using basic and nuclear sciences our institution believes we can irrefutably prove that, “Global warming is actually a normal and natural process which our planet has been doing since the beginning of time and will continue to do; as supported by solar physics, molten core physics and zero-point geometry” and “–that excessive pollution could actually result in more Ice Age events as deforestation and molecular pollution could upset hot-spot activity and allow super-cool weather to pass unimpeded across our oceans and continents which would allow for temperatures cold enough to freeze ice water”… These topics could explain why people have so many apparently valid arguments both for and against Global Warming and Greenhouse Gas effects on our planet and what to do about it. Our opinion here is that, so long as we can control our pollution and deforestation then the more global warming the better as this means more rain, more rain forests, more coral and algae, more animals, more food and more temperate weather world round – though this would likely result in a few more deserts, increased wind and rainfall would help to create more abundant areas overall.
– Military Education in High School: Since the GED only requires citizens to be educated to the Sophomore level in high school the inclusion of Military Education in public schools will provide a logical use of extra time, teach real-world skills, help prevent the need for War Drafts, teach gun safety, help bridge inequality between sexes and races, likely increase the amount of volunteers to the service and the amount of Career Service. By including this in our normal national baseline and day-to-day routine we will promote healthy military capabilities, essential education, respect for veterans, compassion for strangers and more. And this will also likely help create Military Colleges where citizens currently serving their country can attend classes during their term. There will also be an option to “test out” for citizens who wish to do home schooling, obtain GED or have ethical reservations (but since most of the military education will be informational as opposed to hands-on weapons training–) and will be provided as a proficiency test as well.
– Make Entertainment Industry Essential; According to its profit margins and hard to regulate economical justifications, and the fact that their presence drove up many prices in the economy, we find it logical to adopt a significant portion of the entertainment industry (to be considered Government-Contractors) and either, drop prices, or, drop profit margins, so as to provide a more logical baseline for private industry production. These resources will prove quite useful to the government in the event of capable stellar travel and colonization; and provides pivotal foundation for a Slow-Work, Paid-to-Live advanced civilization and much, much more.
– Legal-Regulation Prostitution; Training, Trade-Skill and Education motivated a legal prostitution system will help for us to provide better rules and accommodations for lower-class citizens at risk of disease, death and permanent gentrification. This will also help create better rules for sexual relationships in the military service; combined with military education in high school will help increase female population numbers in the military and also help create better rules and systems for military relationships.
– Legal-Regulation Monopoly; force-shared resources for large-council monopolies – since most of their funds come-from or are-becoming essential industry their profit margins should be regulated as such, account for enough percentage of population directly in relation to profit margin, and/or, pay extra high taxes which keep each body/person’s income relative to the jobs below and normal salary equivalents for the jobs performed by monopolists; meaning if three-hundred separate businesses wish to form a monopoly-like “Coalition” which contracts large percentages of our national industry they can do so under the premises of, strictly enforced regulation, release of participation rights (these coalition members will no longer be allowed to participate in the business but only collect paychecks, or similar decrees), dramatic decrease in profits (given the size of the coalition the owner’s profits will be decreased to a normal/nominal rate ratio relative to the national salary grade system – we figure $550k-$1M a year average per person) and whatever other pertinent rules/regulations apply… This could ultimately help establish a national salary system for all big businesses within our borders. (Note: or some other relative “Legal Monopoly/Oligarchy Plan” which allows for a Democracy to regulate privatized business coalitions for the good of the Federation/Republic)
– 14% Constituency Organization; When combined with government employees this organization will represent the interests of 21% of the national population, thus giving both private and government workers a legal means of participating in local government, law, economics and other relevant sectors through a non-profit; this business will then canvas for another 4% opinion (to total quarter-relative at 25%) before litigating any given sector or project. Armed with proper licensing and concise plan this organization can go so far as to plan emergency militant formation standards and procedure, emergency shelter creation, permanent/sustainable housing, sustainable economics, sustainable energy and whatever else they find pertinent to do. Ideally this organization will use its member constituency size (and easy ability to canvas another 10-20% or more) to bid for State spending funds in order to accomplish tasks for the local community and earn money but not to pay for other related private ventures or specifics not mentioned in the original bid, contract or public knowledge.
This business will also help to establish a more logical Private Militant Guard structure for our non-government democracy to utilize in both hypothetical and real times of need; using real law and nominal procedure this organization will be able to effectively carry out things like bounty-hunting, deputized-populous, “citizen’s arrest” for capital punishment, private/public security measures and public dialogue/participation in local judicial politics. Instituting basic Military Education in High School will help for us to keep this branch of the body properly operated and regulated in the long run.
– 50% Constituency Sub-Contractor Laws; These laws would allow for average citizens to participate in State Contracted Part-Time Work during the busy seasons of the year. Their participation would help educate people to how the government works, give them a slight extra income and allow for more community participation opportunity. By hiring part-time workers to clear vegetation and community fruit bi-products, housing/building maintenance, community events, etc., we can allot a small percentage of State funds to paying common citizens a little extra money every year and get them out of the house to meet new people. Much more to come…
– Work Draft: Exactly as it sounds we can use this model the give our nation’s economy a stable emergency baseline for work effort and work morals alike! Instituted to accommodate a “free energy” free country an emergency work draft order will allow for our country to provide essential goods and services to every citizen without worry of debt, decline, collapse or other dangerous economic crisis! This also means that we will have a stable system for supplementing incomes, providing gainful employment, providing stable part time work and even creating new jobs for the country (as Work Draft Businesses will form all across the country in service to this ideal!). Note: The actual model for this draft will likely involve 3 months of part time work every other 3 months, or part-time work all year (with half pay), or full-time work every other 3 months (with half pay) or if the opportunity exists full-time work all year with ¼ pay reduction/deduction (in service to the draft); by giving citizens a choice in how their schedule works we can more easily accommodate our diverse population and also promote healthy, happy, optimistic and patriotic work ethics.
– Mission to (Walk to?) Mars: The goal of our institution is to help provide the mathematics and technology necessary in order to not only reach Mars with ease but also begin its “terra-formation” (restoring/converting the environment to living conditions) using the elements of neighboring celestial bodies (mostly around Jupiter). Though this plan requires “faster than light travel” this is semantic wording that describes physical laws that aren’t necessarily applicable with the creation of certain types of technology. As such the implementation of these technologies could very well see us colonizing Mars in just a “few” years and restoring Mars to living conditions before the turn of the next century!
– Investor Shells: Our Church organizations have plans for multiple sub-business company shells by which to give investors anonymity from the church while still investing in the church and related business ventures. This gives allows for independent businesses to rely on the benefits afforded by the church organizations, independent research avenues, and other strategic opportunities.
